std spacers are centered by the the taper on the securing nuts ,id prefer steel ones seem a good few ali ones fail
 
more of a spigot fit on hub i presume ,i can only say ive seen a good few failed ali ones and no failed steel ones ,though loctite left side spacer nuts
 
I've got those Bulldog ones. Got them second hand for £60. Work well and haven't had any issues with them. Had them on for about four months and they've remained tight.

My front wheel bearings have just gone, but that was after I removed them for a disc change and mustn't have tightened them properly because they went straight after.
 
And as James says, the hub centric ones have the extra "ring" that the wheel sits on before tightening.
