really cool looking series 2 available for £30 000. only problem is that it is not registered as a Land rover, it certainly is not 1959, apart from the number plate. I have e mailed the seller but no reply. As I see it, you could spend £30 000, drive out of the showroom and have the vehicle seized and crushed.. I know there are cowboys out there doing this, but this looks like a reputable garage. Any one local could have a look??

The chassis that they have put the new body on must be an import, I would assume, I had a dodge imported from the states and when I had the UK reg put on the v5 said dodge USA but the reg online said Chevrolet! I have the same with my Lexus soarer on the reg it comes up as a Toyota Hiace! I have been pulled in it once from the reg bringing up a different car but once I told them it was an import and they did their checks, name, address, chassis number, colour of your underwear etc they were happy and off I went, however to pay 30k for a truck I would want no doubt in my mind also don’t be fooled by a garage they only have to disclose to you what they know... and it’s very hard proving they knew the truck they sold you was written off, stolen, extremely ugly and badly done, etc
There are some interesting workers including a 930 911 without an injun and a a newish GTS with centre lock wheels that don't look right.
