I had a genuine question. My question was branded as spam with "rolled eyes"?

What I asked was that my company is relocating me and I had to sell my Range Rover. What I needed help was with how can I do that that without dealers discounting it heavily.

I don't think there is anything spam about it

Sounds fine..... folk can be real "a holes" on here with new people I am afraid.

Don't give it another thought..

Why would dealers discount it heavily, I mean they will always try and buy for as low as possible, as will anyone really... are you in a rush ? Do you have to sell to a dealer ?

Dealer will only buy at trade rates, they are in business to make a profit. Only way to avoid is sell privately or keep it and take it to your new location.

Maybe someone thought you were trying to work around the forum rules of not being able to sell stuff until yu've posted more than 50 helpful or interesting posts, hence spam .. ;) Without seeing a post labelling you as a spammer and seeing why, it's hard to say ...

Try the Range Rover section. It’s a little hard to find but has Range Rover in the title and is all about Range Rovers and money. Well mostly it’s about showing off and mentioning strange initials from gizmos they know nothing about.
RRS will be full of overstretched BSers desperately clinging onto cash to fund multi oven investment portfolios.

Marmaduke?

Guilty as charged....
Where can I sell this for a better price than I'd get from a dealer

I don't quite see how I'm being a "a hole"... A 40 year old male from London joins a Land Rover forum for advice asking where he can sell his Range Rover... I know that London is a bit rural but surely they still have Autotrader, eBay, Gumtree, Facebook, We Buy Any Car and the like that a 40 year old might just have heard of but I know I'll ask on a Land Rover forum that has selling rules and it can be my first and only question...
