Iv been exchanging emails with lradvice today seems my 1st email to the address given didn't get thecresponse I expected but since then I have recieved a c of c request form to fill in for my L322 petrol. I mean if a 2000 p38 is compliant then I don't see how an L322 with all the extra emissions stuff on it can't be. Let's see what happens

Done my two forms today - filled & sent with required docs. Got email back saying they will respond in 48 hours !!

Which 2 forms did you get ? I got a 3 page form to fill in plus hey wanted colour copy of V5 and driving licence. No promise of if or when they will get back to me.
Can't post the forms up site still broken but basic stuff
My name, vin number contact details etc.

Just got single doc to fill in. Filled in & printed two (one for each car). Then scanned them ready for email. Also scanned both V5C's to PDF, plus driving license.
Finally emailed all five docs back to them. . . . . . . now the wait to see if the data is compliant or not.

I use LR Advice email posted above. Not sure my 1998 P38's will be good enough though.

That's weird

These are the 4.0 V8 2000 results I got
How can a '98 4.6 be 10x more on NOx?

Both CoC show same approval number. I'm assuming the other dates are when the approval was done ? Unfortunately I don't have last MOT data to compare, but project P38 will be going for MOT in next few months, so we will see..

Don't know.
According to this the Euro II standard were specified in directive 94/12/EC for passenger cars, but in directive 96/69/EC for heavy motor cars and light-duty vans.
Mine field.
