just fitted new bushes on rear trailing arms can anyone tell me how tight to torque the bushes to the frame cheers got defender90

lower link...

front nut 176 nm or 131 lb ft
pivot bolt 176 nm or 131 lb ft

Uper link...

Mounting bracket bolts 47nm or 35 lb ft
Ball joint bracket bolts 176 nm or 131 lb ft
Pivot bolt 176 nm or 131 lb ft
Upper link ball joint nut 176 nm or 131 lbft

or you can feel when tight as nut will compress till hits bush tube which it should do the tube gives correct compression on bush

tighten 'til they strip, then back a quarter of a turn

aye when i was an apprentice i was told either ft or tight enough so it wont fall off

can anyone tell me the torque settings for the front radius arms the panhard bolts and all so the front track rod nuts on a defender 90 53 plate cheers
