my chassi was £200 inc vat some go on weight before and after and charge the differance so could be differnt every time
 
Not sure but I would not get chassis done unless your absolutely sure it's not rotten ie had all repairs done! As for bulkheads they have a tendency to warp when galvanised.
 
the chassis is a very low mile minter so should be good, obviously i will check first. i read somewhere on here that the bulkhead should be fine as long as it is left to cool naturally, can anyone back this up? i've been quoted 80p per kg for galving, just need to fiind out how much a 110 chassis and bulkhead weighs now lol
