I know that feeling mate ,I have a disco lt77 spare though if anyone wants it for the price of a few beers but i aint sure on condition as i only drove it for 2 mins, seemed ok though but splines are worn.

Is not the bell-housing changable for the fender one?

If I remember correctly the bell-housing can be unbolted, I don't think it even needs a gasket.....

I stand to be corrected on this, but I think the input shaft would also have to be changed to suit the shorter fender bell housing, also the gear lever remotes would need swapping over to retain the position of the gear/diff lock, hi low levers

i think you may be right.

not only are input shafts different on an lt77 also internal selector shaft and rear extension case, theu can easily be converted but means rebuilding

Back to the original question.... :) ....between £50 and £100 depending upon condition.

I sold a LT77 and a Borg Warner from a RRC for £100 each earlier this year. Boxes had covered about 100k miles. Splines were unworn and there was no play.
