I wouldn't have to fill up as often. I wonder what the difference in the tanks is cos my replacement tank is exact same as my old one

I chucked 48 litres of diesel in my 1990 90 a few days ago, as it hadn't run out or started spluttering I guess it still had a bit left. Next time I fill it (usually do around 30-40 miles "in the red") I'll stick some sort of dipstick in there and see how deep it goes.
