great little mod and helped me loads (im back to normal now) and its great off road allowys you to strat pretty much instant, im now looking into bypassing the key altogether lol

I fitted one to the space between the window switches. The key still works as before. Another option is to sell the disco and buy a defender (key is on the other side)

P38 - i'd stick to using the key mate - you've got enough elecrical problems
