I finally decided to get all new shoes and cylinder for my 1982 s3 and I thought that as I am replacing it all why not do the adjusters at the same time ? And I have brought the new parts, I can't quite see how it goes together, but more importantly I cant see how to get the old ones off, the thing Is that I don't want to wreck them justincase the new ones don't fit properly or something silly like that, so could some one give me a hand please ? Also worth noting that there is not like 2 bolts that go into each other, on the front there is the cam with a small hole in and the other side a 1/2 inch bolt going through
Thanks ben

replacement ones are usually bolted together ,original ones need swaged head in center oif snail cam grinding off

As stated above, you can see in my first pici where I have ground off the swaging that held the snail cam.
Second shows the new ones screwed on, the kit was from ebay for not a lot of money.
