SO guys,

My wheel baring collapsed.. and my my it has made a mess, completely ****ed my half shaft.. BUt how do you guys suggest i get around this problem? the shaft is completely been made oval rather thatn round, which means obviously im goign to struggle to get it all apart... Ideas welcomed..

Right o- needto get my hands on a grider. One of those things that ive always needed but never bought... Cut stub axle back chisel nuts off and then remove assembly...
 
Just rebuilding my front axle not a bad job but just getting all the gaskets and bits was a pain !

I would just like to know, how the hell did you manage to let it get that bad :confused:
 
I've just done my front off side half shaft and cv and rear bearings, simple answer is scrapers,

Its weird, i only checked all the wheels a couple of weeks ago, then on the m25 the other day, veered to the right and lost power, this happened.. pretty confused really!

Worrying...

thats not had grease in it for a long while
