Get into the dash and check your heater pipes haven't disconnected and dropped off, mine did. Amazing when I sorted it all!

Good call, dash will be off soon to weld the bulkhead up anyway. It still seems to blow quite well tho..? It's just cooler.

Alright mate il make sure I report back. Weather permitting il do it next weekend, possibly this.

Haha, god only knows what will stop working when I get that dash off! I'm not looking forward to it!!

Ever read a thread heading and guessed completely wrongly what it was about?

Was thinking to myself, who has Karlos had beside him, and are there piccys:eek:

PS - hope the dash removal goes smoothly

Hahaaa! If only! :) I only just noticed that!

I hope it goes smoothly too! I'm goIng in armed with masking tape ready for the wires, and alot of gas and welding wire! On and a good vat full of expletives!

Don't forget the full barrel of good luck too buddy :D

My fekking heaters work, but work all the time and don't blow cool. when I say 'blow' I mean when I am moving, the fan has ceased to exist, I might remove it and kick it to make me feel better.
Hippo is gonna love this fred:lol:

Now the weathers warmer ive found i cannot turn the blowers fully off or turn the heat down:doh:

Another job to add to the list. Probably wont have any heat come winter. Im almost tempted to leave it!

My 1995 Defender 110's got this, only other way round, drivers side warm(ish), passenger side cold. Checked all pipes ok.
Had a p gasket problem a while back. Once changed the old rusty coolent was replaced. I'm thinkin that some of the "crud" might be blockin the matrix. Plan to back flush it before winter.
This still does not solve the cold and hot mystery, so I'll watch this thread with interest.

Passenger side you would think would have the most amount of air coming out it, giving the fan air almost blows straight at its vent as it enters the dash. However as for drivers side being cold either too much venting out the screen the flap has broken or there is a huge air leak somewhere else, there not much else that could be wrong

Hmmm well I can see day light through my bulkhead so that will be it! Nah I mean the actual little pod thing..
