I have three holes in my bonnet and have no idea why they are there? Two of the holes or by the window washer sprayers the other smaller hole has a rubber o-ring in it. I have attached pictures can anyone tell me what these holes are for?

No idea, you'd probably be best asking the bloke who drilled them. They aren't a standard fit set of holes.

The one with the rubber o-ring looks factory.

That's highly unlikely, the only two holes in the bonnet of every Disco that I've ever seen are for the windscreen washer jets, and they aren't round, nor do they have a grommet lining them.

Did they have dodgy LEDs fitted?
That would be 2 holes
The 3rd was a test hole

The holes are there to let the engine breath.
