An easy way is to click the Upload a File button, bottom right of the post window. Not sure if that button shows on a phone.
 
Yes it does. Bottom centre of the post window.
If you sign up to a photo hosting site, like Photobucket, you can post pictures within your text. Looks better in my opinion. It's free to sign up to. There are other picture hosting sites.

Interesting. How do people get the images at the bottom of their post that when you click on them you get a slide show thing?
