It's a myth, the doors unlike those on a deepender fit, meaning no water ingress and strictly no falling off, as proven on many occasions!:D

As the following picture shows- water ingress that bad the seats have fallen off.

 
No rust in that pic. Loads of water inside and doors not fell'd oft. Doors fallin oft myth proven to be just that: a myth.
