Hi
Can anyone help dont want to go to garage and be told could be this do a repair then it could be that and so on, so here goes if i accelerate quickly i get a very loud high pitch squeel noise that goes when getting up to speed and also when going up hills someone said could be manifold i dont know then someone said power steering box well just had new one fitted still doing it then someone said could be turbo so i am at a loss but do not want or have funds to fix each probable fault.

Have you checked your fan belt. The belts tend to screech as they older, partly due to age or the tensioner being out of alignment.
Although for me a temporary solution it may give you some time to get a new tensioner, look up "penny trick" to fix.
The turbo's do squeel as they become worn. Rebuild, new or good second hand item to replace.
Take of intake pipe off from turbo and feel for shaft. Check for excessive play.
Just a helping start more folks will chime in to help soon I'm sure...;)

How about loose fan belts under the bonnet(hood) or power steering belt. If they a shiney on the bottom side replace them and adjust your pulleys, or could spray with belt dressing. to extend there life if they are not cracked
 
get underneath it with a torch and see if there is any wobble in the propshafts... could be a universal joint either toward the front or the back....

Not an expensive job to fix.. try it..
 
give the fan belt a good dusting of talc.
That will stop belt slip squeal for a while and prove point
