Hi,new to this forum, just purchased my 2nd range Rover,08 ranger Rover tdv8. Previously having the p38 2.5 td.

Little late for questions as I've gone straight in the deep end and purchased it but I have people in my ear telling me I'll spend thousands on it...I've read reviews, just looking for some feedback on other people's opinions and what they may have come across having one or had one.

Welcome on board - I've got the 3.6 TDV8 - best to get into the Range Rover forum and get away from the Angry Brigade who's idea of a day out is to put the tool box on wheels - a tratter or hippo - and head off with a sarnie (no piccalilli) so they can break down as far from home as possible, ,normally about ten miles. Seriously, its a great motor but you will get the death sentence if you talk about it outside the RR group.

Not bitter and twisted then.....LOL.

We are not all down on the nicer motors in the LR stable, I just do not want the hassle of cleaning the carpet when it is in 6 inches of clay fillled water.

Cheers

Range Rover forum? Angry brigade?

Welcome & congrats on your new Wheels.
People here are generally both helpful and kind. Avoid "Anything Goes" unless you can accept a lot of ribbing and mirthful abuse. :D
