hi all im new to the 4x4 world and thought id start with a 1991 200tdi that i swapped for my bmw compact. im from Lincolnshire so looking to do a bit of green laning nothing too extreme. so far all is good apart from the problem of feeling out of control in the steering department( have posted in the help section and have a few things to try). get the feeling i may have caught the land rover bug and wont be looking at any other vehicle now!!!

hi boot floor looks like it was done a couple of years ago so its in pretty good nick. its just the steering im finding hard work at the moment but will put some time checking it out this weekend with the hope of some positive results!!

My boot floor was advised on the recent MOT so will be doing mine soon.

First thing I did was the ball joints didnt sort my steering 100% but made a difference and cost me £16 for parts off fleabay plus a tracking at the garage. Only tip would be to Make sure you set the draglink length correctly or the tracking will never be correct.
