£3250 what have i done:eek::rofl:

Don't seem to bad for that sort of money. Seems like all the problems you mentioned must have been visible when you bought it/tried it? If there are no other unseen snags such as oil in the ecu plug, rotten chassis etc then you have done well. As for it being TD5, nothing you mentioned reflects on that particular engine.

(Welcome by the way!) :biggrin1:

£3250 sounds a good price for a TD5 if all that is wrong with it is what you listed. Nothing a couple of weekend's work won't sort. Good luck, and if you get stuck, don't forget to do a search on here before asking the question. There's a wealth of information available, and few questions that haven't been asked.

thanks all i dont feal to bad now , iam good with the spanners but better at spraying cars as thats my job , as this is my 1st landy time will tell if its a good one but it was the best i seen for the money ( and i looked at sum rigth sh*t )

but on a good note my sunroof motor come today £60 from ebay is this a good prics for a 2nd hand one . and the sunroof needs resealing as its driping from where the dran pipes fit .

Prices vary wildly for parts mate, if you are happy and it fixes problem then smile.

Lil tip rear sunroofs are notorious.
Check its all clear under the glass when you get it open.check rubbers.

As a long shot if you can do resprays or blow overs at a good price for people on here will get mucho favours

What region are you in?

I should put a region or location in your profile. Helps things along but dont be tooooo specific
