Well i finally bit the bullet and got me a discovery 200tdi, wow what a shed but wasn't expecting much for £180, well after about 3 weeks of wielding (new rear end, seals arch's etc) it was ready for its mot, :) Passed yes now time to make it look less of a shed few more weeks sorting body work, (still ongoing) i decided to upgrade the old rover dash to the better looking (in my opinion) 300tdi soft dash. Dash in and completed all looking fine now time to enjoy it and the clutch stops working, i searched this site looking for a solution and it ended up being that the pin had gone threw the arm so off with gearbox, ( not easiest of jobs with a trolly jack and bottle jack on your own) but whit a new clutch fitted and seals (may as well do it all while box of don't wanna go through all that hassle again) I also replaced the master cylinder and the slave cylinders, sorting all problems (or so i thought)
its now been 3 days since i replaced my clutch and 2 litrers or so of clutch fluid and i still have air in the system, what am i doing wrong?. clutch works fine if i pump a few times and change gear no grinding at all but if i just press once it grinds. does anyone know a way to fix this?
all suggestions would be very greatful.
thanks
