Hi guys

I have just bought my first Discovery last week. I love it.. it suits me right down to the ground. I have been getting it road worthy as I found my steering gear had been loose to the extent the steering box link fell out. Talk about scary.

How ever!! I'm loving it.. and I can't wait to get down to the repairs hahaha.

Oh and BTW, this is what i was greeted with after a 500 Mile drive to and from wales. I lost steering twice and i just thought it was to do with the Steering box seals pushing past.....

Some of the Mountain passes i had done made this much more serious.

This locking taper wasnt locked.. believe me as i lifted it out in the car park.
