Originally from Liverpool, I first came here in '67 with the Navy. I loved my fishing and shooting so much that I married a local so that I would have somewhere to stay!! ;)

hope to get up to scotland myself this December for a spot of shooting - ferkin long way to travel though!

never been to scottishland shooting before. a mate of mind is trying to organise 3 days mixed goose / duck / pheasant shoting in Perthshire for a group of 4 of us.
We've got a small Pheasant shoot here in SE Cornwall and me and a mate have access to some marshland on the coast where we shoot ducks and Canadas.
Grouse and Ptarmigan are the only quarry species that I've never shot, so that remains an ambition.
What's the shooting like where you are?
