New to this group currently have a td5 , which is my fourth Landy
Welcome. Lived in Tingwall and Weisdale back in the 80's. Bought my first and second landys in Shetland. First one cost £400 a 1971 LWB S2a which I bought up in Brae. Sold it for the same 1 year later what a beast. Shetland was awash with Series landys cos of Sullom Voe. Holts/ Bolts (?) in Lerwick had over a hundred out on hire to the contractors. Happy days. Whereabouts are you? The landy will be fine for those winter blizzards. Back in the day they put grit down instead of salt to compact the heavy snowfalls. Landys were kings of the road then.
