Hello all, :welcome2:
I have just registered on the web site , I have driven Landys for years at work but have just bought my first one a Disco II ES TD5 1999 model. The car is great and drives well but it has that common problem i.e. both electric sunroofs leak. I am pretty good with my hands etc but cannot be bothered stripping it all down and resealing them , yeah lazy I know , does anyone know if there are sunroof repairers in the Aberdeen/ Dundee areas ?

Alan

Repairing a sunroof is relatively simple it's removing and replacing the inside stuff for access that although simple needs skill, so u need to find some one that has the knowledge to do that also..

Try vasaline on the seals lots of it, me m8 got merk slk new and they gace him a tub of vas with the car and told him to use it on the seals to keep them working, tryed it on mine td5 disco 2 2000 plate about 6 week ago seems to have done the trick lovly summer weather has been good to test it in lol (heavy downpours) worth a go m8 mine leaked through the winder manual sunroof and inside the roof liner used it on the doors all round nice and dry so far.

Also you can buy new seals off ebay packs of one or two tryed one myself leaked just the same this was b4 trying vasaline.
