I've had my 1964 series 2a ex military FFR Land Rover for about 10 years, it looks a bit tatty but is very sound everywhere. Have used it mainly for green laning with friends, children and grand children, we've had lot of fun in it. I've recently got hold of a 300tdi disco 1 which I'm breaking (most parts available) so I can put the engine into the 2a, this will be an interesting project. I therefore have a very good complete 2.25 petrol engine for sale, it's 24v and all the other military bits are available too. Would post the engine details in for sale and wants but as I'm new to the forum I can't do that yet, so let me know if anyone is interested please.
