Hi all I'm new to this forum I have just bought a disco 300 tdi and the heater doesn't blow hot air out when I'm driving I've just changed the thermostat and it hasn't made a difference can any1 help me thanks Ryan

So, it's not really a disco 3 then, is it? It'll be a Disco 1 300TDI...!

Mine doesn't get warm for a few miles, takes maybe 10 miles or so before a hint of warm air gets going. 's OK after that mind ..

Is the motor getting to temperature, needle just below horizontal on mine?

My 300 tdi takes around 10 minutes as well , are you sure the levers are all connected ?

Thanks for the reply's I went for a drive after I change the thermostat I was out for 20 mins the water level is ok and the temp was halfway on the dash and it was still blowing cold

You might need to :
clean your heater.
cheak the hose from heater to cabin - might be broken or not in it's place.

sounds like an airlock. or heater thermistor switch is fooked.

Might want to make sure its bled properly too.

Or someone bypassed a leaking matrix.
