Hi all looking at buying my 1st car and thinking of getting a freelander

Would you got for the 1.8 or the td4 [emoji1]

Td4 as all petrol freelanders are crap, 1.8 the worst for reliability

Go for the td4 if you have to get one. Check every thing and do a search for freelander issues. Also get under it and check it's got two prop shafts. One prop one big bill to come! Good luck.
