Hi all, just bought my first discovery yesterday, it's a 300TDI. I had it about 3 hours before some T**T decided to reverse into me, so I'm now on the hunt for a new passenger indicator and that little bit of metal that goes under your headlight (not sure on the name) and possible a blue wing if I can't sort this one. I'm from southampton

Because he got out and because I started having a go at him he said I drove into him, all his friends were in the pub down the road so said he'd use them as witnesses.

If they were all IN the pub, then they will all be on CCTV IN the pub

It didn't happen in the pub, it happened just down the road, I followed him just outside the pub car park. There isn't any CCTV where it happened or witnesses

So, he's just going to get all his mates to testify you drove into him because he wants to get out of an insurance claim....

Funny that all his mates were allegedly all outside the pub and saw it happen...

Yes, what i meant was that all his mates are probably on CCTV in the pub at the time of the accident, making them less than ideal witnesses to something that happened down the road
