You’ll need a thick skin to get on in here. Fl section ain’t for nasties, search is down so helping others is your only way.
What about the sort of mobile winch you can attach anywhere that can take it? Some attach to a towbar, although i do appreciate you may already have a trailer on the towbar..
But you could perhaps attach it to the trailer itself, in place of a hand-winch. Don't sound like you need anything too powerful, like a Milemarker,!

Still need to unnerstand, would you be using it to winch the trailer with a boat on it up the slip, or winch the boat up the slip and onto the trailer? Pic of trailer might help.
anyway, here is the obvious way of doing it, but you may not want the obvious, and we still don't know if you want to mount it to the rear or the front, or did you say?
