Pretty straight forward. You can't be taxed on a prize. If you're offering a prize that is exempt from capital gains too. Hmrc may contest this.

Should imagine so, the neighbors just built a double garage so the precedent is there, plenty of room for a triple if you ask me!

Just spotted this competition and have entered. Got to be worth a punt and more chance of winning this than the lottery. If I win don't tell the wife - I can slip away for a peaceful weekend
 
Hey everyone, I'm back from 6 or 7 weeks of fixing technical issues and trying to kick start the raffle. Things seem to be moving again with a current total of 288,581 entries sold!
