Why?

Hi guys have no power to blower, one of the blend motors is making loud clicking sound or was ! AC not cold and no power, outside ice warning light permanently on and a fault light on the HEVAC unit

The under bonnet fuse box normally starts to fail by burning around the blower relays.
Blend motors can be replaced without stripping the entire dash out.
The AC not going cold could be a loss of gas and the resultant loss of pressure should stop the compressor running
the ice warning could be the sensor
the warning light is probably because the faulty blend motor isn't doing as it's told so not providing the correct feedback.

A bit of a search in previous threads/posts on here should give you more complete answers/repairs.

Thanks DB ! I never gave that under bonnet fuse box a thought I will check the relays today, wheres the sensor for the ice warning light ?

+1 to dogsbody. Outside temperature sensor is either between the nearside headlight and the RAD or under the scuttle near the N/S heater intake.. worth checking the connectors to the HEVAC for corrosion.

Are Datatek but what does said sensor look like ?
About the size and shape of a Rothmans King Size with a wire coming out of one end. Located vertically if it's at the front and horizontally I believe if in the intake. You could always strain yourself and look in RAVE where you will find pretty pictures if you are patient:)

So maybe the connectors are not on properly.[/QUOTE

Could have saved me a lot of typing if he'd mentioned this at the start.

Dear all i just changed my N/S/F wheel, going out of the drive it feel off, anyone any ideas?

Forget it, just went in the garage and found my wheel brace and five wheel nuts on the bench. :D:D:D

pot on with fuse box had burnt out one of the relays ! now that it is blowing again I have the click click click of the blend motor again, is the ice warning light sensor a yellow box thing mounted between NS HL & Rad with a yellow cable ?

alright you two !!!! Im not a complete dick head ! when I said last month it was 3 to 6 months ago and believe it or not I do put things back carefully and check for any possible connection issues before bolting everything back !

No that is one of the SRS crash sensors play with it at your peril. Temp sensor is either in N/S plenum intake or to right of and in front of aircon condenser behind grille. Looking from front. Look at 82 Airconditioning page 2 in RAVE.

And looks like this, you will find it with the thin end pointing downwards.
