Should be no need it's only RTV. I got to fill up my landy, pack my tyres and tools and get ready to head off. How much have you go to do?? If I get sorted can give you a a hand. The old man has rebuilt the caravan good enough for this event. Just needs a spare tyre.

Had a slight panic earlier I couldn't find my msa spill kit but I don't even think you need them for RTV with the ALRC the same as a fire extinguisher.

Well hopefully my correct sender will turn up so I can fit. Need to wire up the power sockets for the chargers and finish the centre console. Have a play with the speedo. I'm hoping that's just a dodgy plug. Fill it with diesel and tents, swap the wheels and try and get the steering wheel straight. So not much

Speedo the box on the chassis has a nasty wiring usually covered in crud give it a good clean up should be ok if your following Joules shouldn't be a problem speed! :)

Keep forgetting!

Yea ask killajoules in sure he would have damaged the 80 or not driven that bit and took a penalty. Was a massive upset especially with the hardline ALRC RTV'er. It wasn't cricket! S I think you should be ok
Was that the one at Belvoir that I had to be hi-lifted off [emoji11] well I had to give it a go

Rtv line up!!

Just heading to our first section of the day. I'm in a different group to Joules Stu and Dom but we shall have fun and compare our days good bad and ugly around a beer later on I suspect!

Getting harder to find the time these days. A few of us were away at the national off-road driving comp this weekend great **** up meet old friends throw in
Some mud and skilful or not driving great weekend!!

44th with 27 points. Myself and another local driver (might be a member in here actually) both with 90 hard tops came joint first in our group. I think there was around 128 people competing so all in all I'm happy and it wasnt too bad for only driving 2 trials this year. Stutab was 110th on 59 points, really not bad at all considering it needed a gearbox a week ago and it's Stu's first trial with it and first real outing! Joules not sure on placement Or point score but did pick up some shiny stuff he got 3rd in his class!! So Very well done to him! Dom and A done great and Stuart's partner did a good job on her very first go at Tyro! I think only 11 points!!

All in all amazing weekend great people great cider much Land Rover talk and meeting old and new friends. I'm afraid not many pics but man from LRO was with our group so hopefully he has a few pics of the trials sections and some of the air we got! I wonder if Bosun cam got any of our group will need to have a look see!

Back to work today bar humbug!!

Glass must have changed alot in 10yrs I vowed never to have anything to do with them after my last dealings in 2006 ish

Probably should give them another go!

Anyone fancy a drive round at a military ground in June??

Our club has hired it but open to Members and CSMA members I believe. It's a drive round nothing silly tyro and a drive round at Hogmore site.

Membership is £20 a year and I think it's around £20 for the event. Will check

As far as I'm aware the military sites seem to be getting sold off and Hogmore is great

Guys, do you know if Standon Ford has been closed?

With respect to this, finally had a reply from the environment agency

Thank you for your enquiry which was received on 27 April 2015.

From speaking with our technical teams and watercourse inspectors for the area in question, I have been informed there are currently no Environment Agency works being carried out in the Standon area which would result in any closures of the Standon ford.

So she can kiss my arse :D

Nice one! May be worth sending her a letter headed environment agency with prosecution and intentional misinforming of the public nice little letter to that sort of effect
