Early were 6 late are 7 bolt swivels both are 10 spline diff centres. Early 6 bolt swivels had 10 spline diff and 23 inner CV and 10 spline outer stub shaft. Around 1994 I think they went to 24 spline diffs generic parts 24 strong diff 32 weak inner CV and one piece cv outer shaft. Also bearing spacing is a little less on later axles

Annoying because you choose a weak shaft at the diff, or a weak shaft at the inner cv. The only answer is aftermarket shafts to utilise the stronger cv inner.
 
Yeah she lives next to it. She gets people to block it off and tells everyone it's closed. It's her garden that the over grown trees over hanging as well. I'm glad it's open. My GF lives near there and rides her horse that way but has been having to go over the foot bridge as the horse couldn't get past the blockage
 
She put on a very good display running up and down the bridge screaming 'why would you drive through here, they are endangered species in there' Even said she heard us breaking twigs on her trees.

I am pretty thorough when i check our routes out so was quite surprised but have checked again now and couldnt find anything.

Its just a ford so part of a road. Ive never had trouble through there but not been out that way for years. She new there?
 
Didnt ask lol, she was probably just ****ed she couldnt drive though it in her Q5 lol.

Sunday sounds good !

trying to fix my brakes still though...

rears lockup nice but bloody fronts dont even get close.
its making me slide my tail under medium to hard braking.

all round new calipers and discs, even a new master cylinder.
i have bleed the fronts so many times now, am a little stuck with whats wrong.
