I am hoping to do some welsh lanes before the end of the season.

Depending where you go Wales is open all year.

I am confident something can be arranged. If it can't be this year, I will try and get something together for next year. It is worth the effort.

Just got in, After work we changed Andys Disco Rear suspension for longer softer springs, lowered the shock mounts and lowered the bump stops. Now I have me shock mounts back I can get my mota goin' tomorroz.

On the salisbury trip, think Im trying to get some ration packs, oh and beer as suggested by ClassicKev.

Hey kev... you know how much I want to do wales. I have a bro who lives on the south and there seems to be some amazing scenery to stimulate the children's imagination. Sometime this year is defo favourite!

You missed out the words "Lots of" before the word beer! Call me a stickler for accuracy!

Let's play that one by ear for now, if nothing else my mates' wife has just had a baby so ees gonna be busy, Rose is due pretty soon so I guess you'll need some breathing space but, I'm game.

Wales - Costs a fiver to get in, but it's free to get out. No wonder there's so many welsh in England.;)

A Sheep tied to a lamp post in Cardiff - a Leisure Centre.;)

Only kidding, I'd be up for Wales, if the new Spydiemobile does more than 50mph.

It will if I tow it:p

I could do with a few beers now! I've not been drunk in a long while! I may need a co driver to partake in driving till lunchtime or until the previous nights beer wears off! Not drinking for over a year really takes it toll, and the logical reward is to get a nice cold one out the icy cold box. Jai

Careful you guys could break the land speed record for a diesel series. I think when my 90 was running sweet with a 2.5na I could maintain 66Mph on the
M1.

Actually the fastest I have ever been in my 90 pre Tdi, was being towed my my pop after seizing up my gearbox coming off the sliproad of the M11 one Sunday afternoon. I actually managed a 360 degree spin kinda ended up half on and half off the grass on the slip road. I phoned for a tow, took props off in the ****ing rain absolutly soaked, then hooked up my tow rope and got towed all the way from the M11 up to Buntingford across to Baldock and then finally up the 505 to Luton behind my dads Disco on my 8m rope. I swear my speedo was at 80 comming over the A507 I'll never forget being sidee ways on tow on me xcls in the rain. Was a very cold experience not reccomended, although I must say we had the towing down to an art by the end of it! My brakes were glowing! Jai

SERIOUS WARNING! Need to warn all you occasional drinkers that lager... cheap stella or Becks does not qualify as quality beer. You really should be looking towards Speckled hen, Bishops Finger, Abbots Ale, Fiddlers Elbow and so on to ensure a really good weekend experience.

Jeez does your dad need psychological help or was this some kind of pathological desire to test your control under speed?

I think he was ****ed wiv me cos I ruined his Sunday Dinner! It could also have something to do with missing HeartBeat!

Na he was really cool with it, when he turned up he said somthing like I dont believe you wanted to do that now did you! and after we got it home he just laughed and said well you better get fixing it you got a trial on next week. So I cant complain!
