Not bad figures there... Had my focus RR'd the other day and the figures weren't far off that, so I can imagine what it's like in a 130 lol!!

Third quote from cross country trains .com £60 for the two of us. Jesus I couldn't pay someones fuel up there and back for that! Bargain.
 
Well I'm learning what it means to own a landy..... decided to free up my ceased diff lock linkage yesterday, only had to drill out 3 of the rusty screws. Then today my high lift jack and adapter finally arrived and it only took an hour of grinding to make the adapter fit. Hope we find some mud tomorrow to test the diff lock

Have you fixed a time for this yet Jack? Unfortunatley I can only do Sat or Sun, but not both.
 
A bit of an upgrade planned for mine, Jai has sold me some parabolics, should give mine hopefully a bit of a lift, supposedly 2". You know what they say "Too much is never enough":D

I'm hoping for a ride improvement really so I can keep my filings. Pro-Comp Shocks will be ordered to cope with the lift.

I think I'll need a set of ladders to get in it.

I've just been scouring YouTube for "Herts Laners" and am i right in thinking your in one of the Santa Pod vids?? if so thats a serious Series you got there mate! lol Makes it all look so easy!!

Who is coming on sunday btw Jack? is it worth starting a list??
 
Sorry folks just got in from work ..

I am so tired and have a few bits to do tomorrow before laning so I am gonna say 11am Tesco car park Royston. Leaving at 11.15am. I will park in the corner furthest away from the store so you should see me. Once again I'll be on my road tyres :D:D Please, if you have recovery gear, bring it as I have next to nothing myself.. I am expecting it to be stickier than last week as we have had a fair bit of rain today and yesterday (i know, i have been delivering shopping in it!!). The last few days have been crazy hectic for me I have not been able to get jate rings for the front yet (really stupid i know) but I should be ok... probably jinxed it now lol! My exhaust is still rattlin' away cause I've had no more time to try and undo the bolts.

See you tomorrow or sunday guys..

BTW, if anyone can pick some jate rings up on the way here or anyone have any spare please pm me ! Even some just to borrow incase for the weekend...

Got a tow strap and some shackles and if the worst happens we can take the jate rings off mine when required tomorrow. See you about 11.
