I'm free tomorrow if you need help but I have no recovery equipment apart from a few tow ropes which probably won't be suitable. Let me know if you want help I may come to watch anyway :p

Jai are those roof bars for Buster? He tells me he has someone who can do it in March so I may not be needed.

I reckon someone needs to take a look and assess the problem. Sounds very much like more than one vehicle required. Shame Spydie's working tomorrow

I can possibly help but won;t be until 7PM Tbh. If its got a winch then it should be out with a bit of thought. I hope they have some recovery points and at least one snatch block

I could imagine that it is horrible to leave your car somewhere!! And hoping some1 will repay the favour if I ever need it.

Jai if it had a winch fitted why wouldn't they have used it earlier?

I can be there 8am tomorrow if you want. Got to pick up my brother at 5.30pm in cambridge so can't be there all day...

It's a 300tdi disco on all terrains. no winch except a now well used Tirfor style hand puller. Easiest and safest recovery due to steep bank, slippy mud and trees is through the farmers field we did find a local with a tractor but yet to track down the land owner for permission.
