I will walk it first though.

Welcome Jet,
Where abouts are you based? are you Local?
Have you ever been to a pay and play day? A few of us are heading to Whaddon Milton Keynes this Sunday Jai
Im in bucks mate. A little down the road, but there's not much local. Im away shooting this weekend, but would be happy to join you in the future.

Would be good to get another Series III on board.
Happy to represent the series 2 lads :D

We Do alright, we have fun and don't harm anyone or anything.

Quite a bit of pee taking on ere tho especially against any Slitty's. Aye Rangy? Ryder gets alot of stick for getting stuck but I'm sure he loves it really. Jai

sounds good. its the banter thats half of the attraction!

been chatting on another totally unrelated forum about off roading etc, and someone mentioned owning a jeep. to be greeted with the inevitable "take my number mate, give us a call when you see a puddle just in case you get stuck in it"

Thats an unwritten rule I have always stuck by who ever I'm laning/off roading with and everyone else is the same here. We never leave anyone behind. It has been known for us Herts poeple to drive for miles bringing supplies and recovery gear to aid or help somone stuck. We always recover each others vehicles when we can and 99% we succeed. We all care about our vehicles and practise safe recovery techniques. We have in the past been forced to resort to recover vehicles without propper recovery points but this was all done in the safest possible way with the minimum ammount of people involved and those that are involved are all experienced and fully clued up in what can go wrong and take precautions to prevent any mishaps. Its another reason why we really do insist on recovery points as many motors can make an almost impossible situation much easier. Like winching around a tight corner using a second or even a third vehicle. Jai

Hey Rangie... you ARE gonna join us on Sunday aren't you? T'would be good not to be the only slitty there ;)

Spyderman... which lane are you driving tomorrow evening?

Jamie... we're all keeping our fingers crossed for your new job mate. Would be good to see you out and about a bit more. Trust me i know what its like to be out of work for a while and it sucks.... but get through this bit and you'll wonder what all the fuss was about!
