Gibbo, that looks a pretty mean machine. Nice one, guess you'll be able to me out of the gloop then, and you'll be able to do water with a bit more confidence.

Did five lanes in the area today, bout 2 maybe 3 hrs worth, a little bit muddy but most firm bottom.Apart fro m that lane at Stapleford abbotts. Spoke to some fella on that lane, maybe get some more routes off him. Piccies http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f13/essex-lanes-70807.html#post689191

Hello all, hope everyone is having a good weekend
The Disco has gone in for its service so hopefully all will be OK. Took my son with me and he cried when we left because he thought I was leaving it forever and not going back to get it!
Next week I shall order a steering guard with recovery points. Just need to confirm no modifications to the front bumper will be needed.

They were the pics on the advert but not looking that clean anymore. Only had it four days and have jet washed it twice due to not being able to see out the windows

Tis indeed a most auspicious vehicle!
OK so worked on the shogun all day... basically copied DB's actions from last week... managed to get the hand brake sorted and then concentrated on the front. Wheel bearing was really shot so changeing that but needing to drop the entire wheel assembly to fit new boots! Jesus them joints are fitted tight... club hammer and brute force not proving quite enough to back into battle in the morning. After that its a little welding and MOT, then fix the landy and continue trying to find a new house to move into.
Looked at one today... loads of off roasd parking 6 foot walls and a garage to work in. Looked perfect but got rented out 16 moniutes before we accepted it. Bummer (can't be sure it wasn't colour motivated though. The owner is asian and as we all know race laws don't apply to caucasion english folks.)
Anyway... trying to get out on the lanes as quickly as possible... wish me luck!

Well my bonnets off to try and tention my alternator belt and stop it squeeling but gues what? Its bloody snowing. Typical! - note to self buy some more gortex gloves!. Jai
