Hey Kev... could I call on your guidance on Saturday if you're not too busy. Just to look into this throttle seal thingy problem with me. Don't need you to do thye job necessarily, just to be there when I screw it up!
I should think that will be alright, I should be about. It should not be a particularly difficult job just remember to work methodically and make sure you have a clean and tidy work space.
I would suggest you get some carb/intake cleaner so you can clean the plenum, you will also need some Blue Hylomar or similar sealing material. "O" rings I have got, I seem to think a slide vernier is needed to check the position of the throttle butterfly but apart from that I think it is just normal tools and common sense.
