Hi guys. Had a problem with the 110 today. Waterpump bearings collapsed dropping the belt and chewing up the housing a bit. Question is do I need to replace the housing with this groove worn in it. New one is £200 plus or 30-50 on eBay. Would be nice not to have to, but I can see that it might reduce the efficiency of the pump.

I would say yes. Might give you problems if you don't
