I still think yours is seized. Mine sounded like a tank often, since cleaning it up it goes like the others mention only briefly on start up and sometimes if I stop in traffic on a hot day. new one is stupid money though so if it goes okay. Just me -nothing to lose, everything to gain- not spending stupid money for new one.
