Hi, nice Rangie...I think you'll find the colour is Willow (olive green). My first P38m was the same colour. Enjoy!

See you have the book signal in the heater display ,prob your air con not working or could be more to it,everything on both heaters working ok ?
Nice looking motor :clap2:

yes its the air con doesnt work, he said it needs a new condenser, thats the only fault with the car, both heaters work ok and seperatly with hot/cold air, and the air circulation thing works aswell i think

willow green, thanks kgeddes :) , i do love the color, i love how different it looks in different lights, stunning

the discs can be changed on the next pad change, make sure and clean the hub face and disc mounting face when you change them. you dont want any crap under them causing an unevenly mounted disc.

nice pics
when your done there can you come polish mine lol
mine aint looked that clean since it came out the factory lol

Very nice indeed but it looks like theres a fault on the hvec unit, looks like the book symbol is lit up, dam these rangies lol, ya gota luv um.

thanks for the kind comments everyone, i do pray she proves reliable, im not going to be driving it all the time

i drove it for a couple of days as i normaly use a car, and around town and motorway runs for work ,its around 27mpg, and if just used for work runs without any nipping about around town, it hits 30 !!! happy with that

HI polsta nice motor ,very nice, mine was wheelie bin green with tan leather looked superb but it was a heart breaker, cost me a fortune to get sorted out,had about 4 months cracking running out then it dropped a valve, foobared big style
my mate bought it of me to sort out, recon engine ect he cant keep oil or water in it but he sez he,s going to persevere!!!!!!![his missus loves it] hope you have better luck, all the best dave

thanks mate, i just pray it holds good

ive seen these sell for £1500+ spares or repairs non running, so i figure if need be i could put the spare disco wheels on it i have, sell both sets of hurricanes seperate and the truck as a non runner and maybe not loose out on too much/break even nearly in the event

but shes been well looked after all its life the condition shows, im going to limit the miles as much as i can but just hope and pray shes a goodun, its not like i rushed out and bought 1st one i saw

please god :D

Stop worring and just enjoy your lovely vehicle . I have owned two classics and three p38 s and very briefly an l322 .never had a MAJOR issue because they were all looked after properly like yours seems to have been. The l322 had a list of little faults but were sorted under warrenty and then i got rid because i just was not keen on it.

:D

just going to wax it this arvo, a ball ache of a job ,here goes...

I saw this beast when you uploaded the pics while I was in London and simply fell in love with her! Landed in Dubai in Sept bought a P38 Autobiography, a Disco 4.0 V8 and Just the other day a twin to yours and I'm well over the moon!!!!! :D:D:D:D
