Hi to all
Picked up an 06 Freelander sport 2 weeks ago and noticed a few nasty looking paint bubbles on both the passenger wheel arches while giving it some TLC. I'm not a great lover of rust so what would be the best approach for this? A rub down with some fine paper and a spray job out of a can perhaps. Your guidance please and thanks in advance..............dennis

I would agree that there has been a repair there as they dont normally go at that spot. Not to worry, I would do as you say and rub down treat and paint. Make sure to look behind the liner and get some wax in there too

Interesting you should say that jedi as the man from DEKTRA who looked at the car before buying mentioned that the tailgate door had a respray to a very good standard. Thanks for the replies chaps I'll look for a spray tin of Artic Frost as I feel a touch up pen may take a lifetime :) Touch up pen ordered.
