hi im thinking about buying a range rover between an 03 - 04 can any body let me know if there is any bad issues with this year of range rover thanks

First of all it's a "vogue" not a "vouge"

The vogue is the best spec, with the sat nav and harmon kardon sound system
Although you can also get some well equipped HSE models too cheaper than the vogue.

I have a HSE model and it's got the same spec as the vogue so I managed to get it 2K cheaper than the same year of a vogue model.

They all have there problems, loads of electrical problems that are usually fixed quite easily. And the early models (02-06) had gearbox problems which leads to the gearbox failing after so many miles. Even the recon boxes will develop the same fault. There's no way of avoiding it.

Iv got the TD6 engine and it's very good.

Yes there all money pits but there a brilliant motor!
Good luck :)

Got a 02 4.4 v8 vogue. And it's fecking fantastic! It had a new gear box 10 months ago, glad I didn't pay for it as the receipt sais it was just under 4k!

I don't drive past many petrol stations though

Had an 2003 TD6 - new gearbox fitted
Now driving 2003 4.4 Vogue - recon gearbox fitted
breaking 2003 4.4 Vogue - recon gearbox fitted...
recurring theme here.....

I must be lucky then. Got a '95 Tdi, had it for 6 years goes like a train, especially with the Twisted Performance bits on. No problem with the box, touch wood, just the usual bl**dy rust on the rear cross member!

but not as bad as the 1995 models apparently,a little better, but will still financially rape you.
Not from my experience i have to say .That being owning 3x p38 s 2x classics and 1x l322. The l322 had most prblems in the little time i had it.
