Hi, just wondering if anyone knows a supplier in Surrey/Hamps, Aldershot/Guildford area.
As a google search hasn't helped, and the biodiesel supplier website, has a nice gap in my area !

running a 98 P38 2.5 DSE, any advice would be welcomed :)

This is true for many... however in my experience, it takes up all and any space you do set asside for it.. lol

but if you've got say a 6x4 shed with a bit of power to it... you can make it.

I've done shed loads of research on the net about making it... there are as many different mixes as there are users...lol What's your way?

You are correct JW, funny thing is every one gets into their own favourite 'brew' that works for them... all of which get somewhere near the same result. It's amazing what you can make good fuel out of! In the summer I use chip fat (palm oil) which arrives in a semi solid state, but it makes great BD, you just can't use it in the winter 'cos it goes solid at around +8 deg... clogging the filters etc...

At the momment I use a single drum (120 litre) heat oil mix caustic and methanol, mix in with a pump, settle, drain glyc waste, water wash, dry and winterise if required.

I plan to upgrade to a 200litre drum, condensor, venturi and eductor mixing. May settle for a few weeks rather than water wash before filtering etc...

Just about to start putting workshop together for new set up (been secretly wishing snow would go so I can get on with it!)
