if anyone could help me out please...

Firstly is the bolts that go through the side panels into the tub, the ones with the big washer in the middle. I believe they're known as hard top mounting studs but they do a short one and a long one. which ones are for a 90 with van sides?

Secondly, it's the spacer/shim that goes in between the back of the bulkhead and the bolts for the windscreen bracket...

This one to be precise. I've looked on the allbrit website and it lists the same part number for 3 parts and none of which is what I'm after, I may be being stupid. I can find the ones with two holes online but none like mine that does all the bolts in one?

Thanks Ash

I suspect you are looking at the NEW IMPROVED allbrit website , which does not give partnumbers anymore.

I linked the old site , it is worth bookmarking it. Or if you do a google search, for Allbrit defender.

Not sure about that stud, as sorry , but tbh I cannot fully understand your description..LOL, But I would look here.

try muc4290,mounting stud length depends on the length of the tube in the body they locate through, muc8928 is m8 thread there is an earlier imperial one 5/16 unf

Thanks for the the replies chaps.

Neilly, that's where I have been going wrong then. No wonder I couldn't make head nor tail of the part numbers. Number 21 on that link you've sent me is right, but not sure on the length.

I see, I'll see if there's a difference in the hole depth and take it from there. Thanks!
