The exhaust has fallen off from the back of the turbo… So I have a server lack of power at all rpms but no black smoke and I was wondering if this could be causing the issue or if it’s more likely to be an inter cooler or split hose scenario. The question is whenever I’ve had a split hose on any other turbo diesel I’ve owned there has always been a lot of black smoke where as now I have none. I also seem to be burning through fuel like it’s going out of fashion. Any help would be fully appreciated.

Hi there haven’t had it on diagnostics but no lights on dash. Ideally need to have the boost pressure and fuel pressure checked on live data but my code scanner is a bmw specific one so need to buy a new code scanner. I was wondering if it could possibly be something to do with a solenoid or actuator?
