Good afternoon,

I am trying to track down replacement hoses for my Freelander 1 TD4 (2003). The hoses from the compressor and condenser heading across the front of the vehicle have rubbed together and caused a leak.
I can't seem to find part numbers anywhere so I can try and find either second hand or aftermarket replacements.

Many thanks for your advice

You wont have much luck finding those... .... .so cut the pipe and join together with a straight coupler.
Problem solved

Thanks for the advice. I'll give that a try for the rubber hose. The main issue is the metal one, it has worn right through

Yeah I got that bit, I meant cut the metal pipe and put a straight couple inline. That's pretty much what you get in a repair kit. I fixed the same problem on our D2 aluminium pipe had rubbed threw I just cut it and put an 8mm straight connector inline .I had the fitting in my plumbing box but any straight coupler will do as long as its air/water tight.

Measure the pipe get the fitting....

Looking at your photo a 90 degree elbow push fit will do the job or a 90 degree fitting from a local plumbing shop

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Think I'll give the plumbing pipe a go. Thanks again for all your help.
