Well my dead product is doing me well, if they bring out LED with glass screens I may consider one.
OCD dictates the TV must be smear free !?!?!

They do do LED TV's with glass screens I believe if you want to pay the price, try Bang and Olafson. The screen on my Phillips LED TV is very easy to wipe clean:)

Just had the same problem of locks cycling and tailgate release not working on my 2.5 DSE. Its been a nice day today so had sunroof open. ( re: problems on warm days). Opened and closed sunroof again and all back to normal. Sunroof not latched fully?? Fingers crossed.

Locks cycling may be down to the tail gate button, strip it down ,clean and a bit of Vaseline is worth a try. And don't forget to clean the connection block as well

More likely the connector than the button itself unless the spring has corroded away. Otherwise it's the drivers door lock CDL microswitch or old dry grease stopping it moving.

Yup, I saw that you had already posted that info so just added my bit.:)

I didn't think people bought plasma anymore, probably best place for it is locked in the boot.:D:D:D
Yep obsolete technology like cathode ray tubes and LCD:rolleyes:
The new LED televisions are now nearly as good as cathode ray in terms of response times and resolution, better than Plasma especially in terms of life expectancy, the 4k resolution LED TV's are supposedly better than CRT:D
