hi guys iv`e lost my rave cd can`t find it anywere and i need sum torque settings right iv`e had to rebuildr my heads on my 4,6 v8 1997 model need the head bolt settings the rocker shaft and rocker cover settings and the pelium chamber setting if anyopne can help be very gratefull
